Spatial and Urban Plans of Different Levels INSI has the capacity and professional experience in the preparation of Spatial and Urban Plans of different levels in all the countries of the region where they apply, especially the Local, Municipal and Municipal Level Spatial Planning Documents in Kosovo . Knowing that at the central level are prepared the Kosovo Spatial Plan, the Kosovo Zonal Map and Spatial Plans for Special Areas. The Municipal Zone Map INSI has the capacity and professional experience in the preparation of the Zoning Map of Municipalities in all the countries of the region where it applies, especially the Local Spatial Planning Document, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of the Spatial Planning Law Kosovo. Knowing that the Municipal Zoning Map is a multi-sectoral document that, through charts, photographs, maps and text, specifies the type, destination, planned use of space and action measures based on the duration and reachable projections of public investments And private for the entire territory of the Municipality for a period of at least eight (8) years. The Municipal Development Plan INSI has capacities and professional experience in the preparation of Municipal Development Plans in all the countries of the region where it applies, and in particular the Local Spatial Planning Document, in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of the Kosovo Spatial Planning Law Development Plan Which is a multi-sectorial strategic plan which defines the long-term goals of economic, social and spatial development. The Municipal Development Plan should include a plan for the development of urban and rural areas for a period of at least eight (8) years. Detailed Regulatory Plans INSI has the capacity and professional experience in the preparation of Detailed Regulatory Plans in all the countries of the region where it applies , And in particular the Local Spatial Planning Document, in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Kosovo Spatial Planning Law. Knowing that Municipalities may, depending on the needs for spatial development, prepare Detailed Regulatory Plans for all or any of the areas defined by the Municipal Development Plan and the Municipal Zonographic Map. Detailed Regulatory Plans define the conditions for regulating areas for urban areas or rural areas as defined in the Municipal Development Plan and the Municipal Zoning Map. Detailed Regulatory Plans determine the construction conditions.
